Mind boggling to me why anyone sells at this price level. Even the chart says there shouldn’t be selling at this level due to last dip. But whatever. Today is Sept 16th. Q3 ends in two weeks. Q3 report about 8 weeks from today. Not that it matters but insider blackout starts tomorrow and ATM off limits til 2 days post Q3 report.

In this climate where policing is a topic day after day on every newscast, why isn’t this rising fast?
