This was Joe yesterday, when he stepped off a plane in Wilmington, DEL, (where I live, btw, just a few minutes from this guy in a house, btw, which he got from doing a deal an illegal, far under market value purchase, for a developer decades ago) on the tarmac speaking to nobody there to see him. He was waiving to his imaginary friends with the Secret Service men with their backs turned to him, on a vacant runway......waiving to ZERO people. Sounds completely nutty.....talking fire and brimstone...
