No, winning second appeal is not a long shot if Amarin can get judicial notice of cropped Kura table. This is key to calling Du decision based on fraudulent fact due to omission...

Kura study should be embraced in full even by Hikma...if Hikma intentionally committed the omission to fool Judge Du this is literally criminal.

Again if Amarin gets Kura table omission to CAFC notice we will at minimum get new trial or get SCOTUS to take notice of violation of Due Process.
