Finally I change my mind.

Those guys are really busy and I don't want to disturb them.

But PR is important (having 3 complains: quarterly date release, latest news as the one emailed, and up to date about fire condition).

They don't even have to pay for those info..just add a page on their website as "Latest news" page..something like that.

But as you say..it's obvious!

Maybe they will improve PR.
