I think you may be correct. They got the bad news out that I had predicted and, with a new CEO, will probably give a positive tone on the conference call to indicate that things are under control even with the delay in their targets.

I don't think the new CEO would show up and just give a doom-and-gloom prediction with more job and production cuts, even though he is an insider.

At this point, the big negative is the continued dilution of the shareholders. Everything else appears to be known.
