Note this references the disastrous late 2016 PO, not a current PO, sorry for any confusion, I had to go back and look at that old funding because I had remembered it being done by Rodman & Rendshaw in my mind as to who screwed Poet royal on the late 2016 PO, somehow never registered that this was a unit of H.C. Wainwright & Co and Poet just did an Investor presentation with H.C. Wainwright & Co

Poet still has north of $10 million cash from its sale of Denselight so they potentially can get to where revenue supports the business without a future financing because they are operating a fab-light strategy now with 4 product entries already expected to generate revenues in back half of 2021, but there are still approx 30 million Warrants O/S at .52 CAD from that horrible PO, and that is the fuel for their m-team to keep a lid on the PPS over there
