Yesterday's filing (D form) may suggest it has something to do with acquisition, partnership, etc. Because of the date mentioned, ie, late August, people are quick in making a conclusion that it is related to Flaskworks acquisition. The fact is nobody knows for sure at this time, and there is reason why the filing doesn't specify.

Now today's 8-K/A which seems to show merely a fiduciary responsibility of CEO Linda to the investors of the company in regards to one resolution of the early shareholder meeting on compensation as if the company has been always up to date with SEC and its shareholders.

So what gives. Regardless, we will find out soon, and most important thing is there are only 10 days left for trading in September.
