Reading this actually made me excited, this seems like a great way out, JT and bod are not absolutely untouchable. They treat amrn like a private company...

Only issue I see so far is that any potential bp with a takeover interest may want to or have to wait for the EU official approval just to be on the safe term, which has been delayed by amrn again and again...
