Well if that is true then the paperwork submitted by MSX would be rather overwelming in the favor of MSX. Then the BCSC will not have a leg to stand on. They had all of the facts plus they had Ossa and that did not stand up against the paperwork of MSX lawyers.
That would definitely tell me that the BCSC is in trouble and if the paperwork is so horrible for them then it is totally devastating to Barrick.
This will become very interesting on how the BCSC will handle this serious outcome.
Their witchunt could possibly come to an end and if it does then what will they do with Barrick.
WOW WHAT A DILEMA.........
