Montana, with warrants and some other paper it's more like 1.2 billion. Investors, insiders, and other warrant holders agreed to suspend approximately 260 million shares from converting until 12/1/20. Which they're free to continue extending. It's a major show of confidence. Whatever the obstacles were in the past, the path has been cleared for swift growth with plenty of cash from last raise.

I'm looking at it from holding a huge share count perspective. I was mistaken my physician friend didn't buy 3 million shares, he bought $3 million worth. In the meantime, interesting potential:
