Why is NAK not rising when we know that a glowing EIS has always resulted in a positive ROD?

Why this small up and down trading range at low prices that should not exist with a company that has the largest undeveloped deposit of gold and copper with a glowing EIS behind it?

I feel that the price should keep on rising within a trading range of course.

Can a number of people respond with your reasons why there is such a small trading range at such a low price?
