XNRGI is not involved at all with Nikola.
Nikola's partnership was uncovered and now Trevor is claiming an "undisclosed" University's battery technology.
However the Nikola deal will give GM the 2 billion in equity in return for GM engineering, validating and building the Nikola pickup which looks like a revamped Toyota TRD.
So if GM is doing the heavy lifting in return for equity, the only thing Nikola provides is stock. Seems like the proof in the pudding that Nikola has no technology to provide.
We can only hope that XNRGI is able to continue with their supposed powerchip development after the split with the Inventor. Maybe they are, maybe they aren't.
Known XNRGI partner Helios Royal Energy made noise in 2018 and 2019 only to go completely quiet in 2020, Cross Border Power may not even exist anymore, S-4 Worldwide claims they are partners with Neah Power.
XNRGI's supposed core technology has never been seen in the real world beside a breadboard video or two. If a company cannot even hand make a demo product how can they ever mass produce a commercial product ?
They have re-imaged as a battery pack manufacturer of outsourced lithium ion batteries. This allows them to claim they are in the battery business, nothing more.
