Bruce, I agree with what you are saying about the bureaucrats in principal,

I see both sides of this situation, I have family members in the medical profession, also 4 family members who have covid19, and 2 friends who have it.

I can tell you and everyone this nothing to fool around with, why do some have a rougher time than others, some have had a different covid before and their system is more adapt to fight it.

Now as for the lockdown, yes in some places like here, lib's use it as a way to control folks, no chit IMO.

But its a two edged sword, without a lockdown in some places medical facilities would be over run, and would have to triage, basically who gets treatment who does not. Who gets a ventilator and who does not.

As far as its affects on ZNOG, IMO a Lockdown could impact the crew arrival for drilling, it could affect planed drilling start dates, (yes IMO ZNOG has a planned start date) and IMO it is part of what driving down the pps, some will agree and some will disagree. It is IMO
