I just joined this post after reading it over the past few months. And yes, I own this stock. Couple of rookie observations:
1) let's not forget that there is a reason this is a penny stock. Highly risky and wild price swings
2) Management, which in this case is an oxymoron, is incredibly incompetent and has absolutely no regard for the concept of fiduciary responsibility to its shareholders
3) the idea of getting a non dilutive funding package is great- however the stock has been diluted Fromm 240 million shares to 420 million during this year long process
4) the idea that it takes 11 months to get a $9 million loan is comical. Capital markets are giving out money like Halloween candy right now.

That said, the technology should be sellable in today’s global climate and a $14 million market cap is easily tripled or quadrupled with sales- any sales.
