I have loaded down here for the following reasons:

- at 0.0001 market cap ouf just 450K
- NO dilution for month now
- MedSmart acquistion/RM.
- almost NO convertible debt - check it in latest 10 Qs.
- pink current

The possible reverse split of 1 for 5000 kept it down now, but even if they do the RS, there would only be 900K OS afterwards and probably no dilution as there is almost no debt (as mentioned).
Check XLTD to see what can happen with such a low float. From 3 to 45 in a couple of days even without news (now back at 16).

So the risk/reward here is outstanding at 0.0001. I can wait for this one to explode. Chances are not bad over time.
