THEORY X Reverse Split ="Fear Based" Rumor = Genius Reverse Psychology Play

- This is a Theory -

What if after acquiring Med Smart KNSC wanted to reset the foundation at the basement level. What if after acquiring Med Smart instead of pushing that Med Smart feather in their cap right away they the did the opposite and drove down the price through fear.

So...follow me ...Right after the acquisition KNSC starts an R/S rumor never actually intending to deal with all the red tape of actually going through with the split all the while with the intention of creating fear and doubt to drive down the price and cause a fat bail only to clean up profits based off fear.
When people see 0$ value on the bid with rumors and doubt surrounding their investment even at 0.0001 and a loss they still panic sell.

Then you have the people who instead of fear see the value of this company that just acquired another one just sitting at 0.0001 New investors see opportunity and start loading the very bottom line giving the company a solid foundation and some stability as those 0.0001 investors won't be as inclined to leave.

Perhaps KNSC never intended on the RS but knew people would flip out and sell out their shares they bought at .0002 or higher and even getting rid of their 0.0001 positions.
I imagine they got a lot of money from the people who jumped on the Med Smart news expecting a run and instead got slapped with R/S news and 0 $ days so they said screw it and bailed.

Then they do a looong 0.0001 load looking for big investors at the bottom level and once fully loaded they have an eventual real run once they fill out the basement and also I assume they've taken this time to develop a strategy on how best to properly use Med Smart in their arsenal moving forward

Do you think this is Possible ?
Like a poker bluff
(look at how everything has gone down in the past 2 months)
Or do I drink too much coffee and need some sleep?
