I’ve said many times it will take a couple of years to go profitable if Bellissima finally kicks off. So far, only QVC has had any luck selling it. The one thing we don’t know is if folks are rebuying the product. If not, the business model isn’t sustainable.

So, neither you not I know if the sales will 1) grow high enough to create profitability 2) how much dilution will be required to get it there, though Rich has provided a milestone of 200M shares. There’s enough room to increase OS 8X. It’s already tripled (and guaranteed to double again once Pref Fs and Gs convert, warrants exercise) and 3) we don’t know how much of the profit if or when reached, will actually be funneled to United, Rich’s private company that interestingly enough, owns 100% of Hooters Spirits.

The simple point I have made over and over is, why risk overpaying and becoming a 2,3.4-year, etc. bagholder. Wait until profitability and end of dilution to buy in. Simple stuff.
