Lizzy, I've written to Elizabeth in regards to this business case, albeit, a bit less inclusive of some of these points, but included most. It doesn't hurt I guess to send an update.

FYI - JT mentioned this option of launching an Amarin Generic, but in the absense of knowing the particulars of an "Authorized Branded Generic," the subject went over our heads without understanding the implications as we do now. I trust they've been discussing this all along. I "wouldn't" be at all surprised, if not "expect" we should here any day now. That is, it makes sense to before exhausting our legal options to overturn loss, but if it has no bearing, the sooner the better to announce early than wait IMO.
