Dancing, does signing an agreement up front to complete with AMRN'S generic open them up to prove of induced infringement? That's another billion dollar question.

i don't know the answer.
i will point out there's a huge difference in acquiring icaosapent ethyl in sufficient quantity to treat 100,000 patients annually (146 metric tonnes of API) vs. 1,000,000 patients annually (1,460 metric tonnes of API).

also, pushing tonnes of icosapent ethyl through the supply chain is not something generics are accustomed to having to do. 4 grams/day / patient of API is extraordinary. most drugs' daily dosage is measured in milligrams, not grams.
