I agree with your analogy that the story is NOT complete yet. The short sellers generally will do anything just to smear a startup company, such as: Nikola in order to bring down its share price to benefit themselves. On the other hand, GM has been the leader in the auto industry for a very longtime. Without a thorough investigation and simply throw 2 billion dollars into Nikola’s technology- just don’t make any sense to me. Meanwhile, Nikola’s mysterious battery supplier will remain to be a mystery until Nikola unveil it in December.
