I dont believe that Amarin has any other choice. Authorized generic route is really their only option unless end banc works out. I am however just basing it on JT's previous comments and common sense.

I also believe we will likely see an induced infringement case brought based on the Reduce It patents . They are likely just waiting for generics actual launch before proceeding with it.
