I would typically have attended that breakfast. It just happened I did not go that year, by chance. I spent a lot of time at the Towers, work and play, I also knew firemen in SoHo, nice guys, who helped out one night, earlier that summer on something. They were incredibly kind guys. They did not come back.

It was just a devastating day. I do not talk too much about it. I have participated in the Tunnels to Towers race a number of years. Really a nice event.
