I can guess what has been posted re the OTCQX
even many pink co's are sec reporting since otc changes to otcqb in 2014-2015-depending on a companies fiscal year

otcqb co's -a higher standard than pink sheets-are all sec reporting

and otcqx is a higher standard still- reserved for the most transparent stocks on the otc- the most information- retail investors would not be able to tell the difference in the info reported

many foreign blue chips reside on the otcqx due to less red tape and significant cost savings over the ca 150-185k/yr charged by the big boards

OTCQX didnt even exist until ca 2009-and its creation was part of a long term trend towards greater reporting-more transparency -in otc stocks
