So the plot thickens (or thins depending upon how you look at it).

So SOLEI is NOT waiting on the SEC as folks are posting (and bashing the SEC)?

However, as I understand it, the Form 211 is a FINRA form that must be filled out by MARKET MAKERS but first must satisfy all the requirements of Rule 15c2-11 and FINRA rule 6432 (unless member is exempt).

So why are posters "waiting on the company"?
