"Breach of fiduciary duty" can make corporate officers and board members PERSONALLY liable for damages. If we seek to include Thero in such a suit given how scared a person he is... he may just resign as part of a settlement rather than risking being sued into poverty. If not Thero has in my opinion stolen around 200 million over the years it would be so nice to get that money back for AMRN and to see him die in poverty...

Their blind loyalty to Kennedy may have screwed them all. I'm so glad they didn't immediately fire Kennedy now...
