Many around here would like to blame JT. It's not JT's fault. I always sell or significantly lighten my load going into a litigation decision. Most do not turn out the way you'd expect. I would rather buy my shares back on the way up with a positive outcome. It's called risk mitigation. Many don't do this because they are greedy and don't want to miss any immediate gain (aka the train leaving the station without them) on a positive outcome.
