Yup, 2 billion from GM, however they are missing a huge piece, which is an economical fuel cell technology.

GM doesn't have such a product, if they did it would be implemented. Without a groundbreaking tech they are doomed to remain as advanced as GM is right now with regard to FuelCell or battery EVs.

That leaves them in a noncompetitive state right now and the same 2 years from now.
