In case someone has not realized, the court system (just like everything else in 2020) has become extremely politicized. We know what our 4 Democrat judges did.

Perhaps Amarin should pursue legal avenues that they wouldn't normally pursue, but do so now due to 1) their desperation and 2) the political divide, hoping to get Republican judges who would want to remedy what the 4 Democrat judges did?

Perhaps Amarin needs to take this approach.
