Their $752 million U.S. market value far exceeds Amarin’s own 2020 projection of $650-700 million dollars!

The $752 million is:
(i) Current US market size ... of Vascepa (see the title of the column)
(ii) it is MAT ... Moving Annual Total ... over the course of the previous 12 months. (October 2018 - September 2019) ... well before R-IT indication was approved, was put on-label.
(iii) It was calculated by IQVIA ... based on dispensed scripts and GROSS price
