Jasbg...you post good info...but in regards to THERO he has done plenty wrong...plenty...if he had settled the the stock would be at 100 plus by 2029..45-50 billion more than we probably will ever see....not settling and losing in court is his responsibility....he is the ceo.
At what point should he leave 3....2....1?

He can't run the company the board of directors is worthless..they rubber-stamp everything....he has no experience...look at his resume.

In this case the whole upper mngt and bod should resign....the company is in peril....the bet is on EU....if it is not executed properly ( and there is no reason to believe that Thero can execute ) the cash will burn and poof...no more AMRN.
