BE VERY AWARE of the "CEO" Newbauer and his German promotion puppet.

BUYER BEWARE: DON'T FALL VICTIM TO THE DUMP!

There is a fake email floating around regarding the share structure, the actual O/S was 1,310,264,512 shares over a year ago, at the end of the previous 3rd party promo.
