BB, go to my post 296598, where I explain that this is not viable. In terms of committing a fraud on the court, it was the job of Amarin's lawyers to go ballistic over it, and the federal judges to hold the generics accountable over it. Instead the ball was dropped in both instances. Legal malpractice is the only potential pound of flesh in this area, and that involves going after Amarin's trial lawyers, not the generics.
