Reason for Delay in Posting Financial Report: State below in reasonable detail why the Annual/Quarterly
Report could not be filed within the prescribed time period.
We were unable to secure the financial statements from two of our joint venture partners, LeGanjaFairy and
Able Academies, on a timely basis. Each delay was in part due to the coronavirus. As a result, additional time
is needed to secure the financial statements and to complete the consolidated financial statements of the
company.
