Sellers are leaning hard - It smells luck a bucket of Dilution . Pressure is mounting from somewhere and we believe it stems from the toxic deals this BOD and mgmt approved . Variable Converts, Exchange Agreements , Fixed converts that mysteriously convert at variable prices, warrant inducements, Interest Free Loans , Consulting agreements, selling forward profit financings etc etc etc . No surprises here - all the goodies are in the 10q's and old 10k's
