The "process", in this sentence, is reporting toppling trial data in September.

And they clearly state that they anticipate giving us further updateS as they approach reporting top line. To me, that indicates that they still intend to announce data lock first.

I do think that the time between data lock and top line may be shrinking, though, as I still think they are looking to give us topline in September, although that can always change.
