I agree. "Reversal" started at beginning of Aug when it broke above and stayed above 0.02

PPS is trading sideways between 50 day MA and 200 day MA.
At this time:

50 day MA = 0.019 = support
200 day MA = 0.026 = resistance

The faux PR on 9/4/20 should have made a bigger bang. Somewhat surprised there wasn't a bigger move today - but that's what one gets when the clueless Dodger files "good" news on the Friday that was a long weekend.

The Market seems very, very skeptical about the Fluffa Nada PRs - given the Dodger's history of lack of execution and real improvements to the top and bottom line.

FY20 financials due in 22 days? I expect continued PRs for the next 5-6 weeks. I predict a Notice of Late Filing by 9/30/20. Probably will come up w/ some excuse saying the dealys are COVID related.... even though accountants/auditors are considered essential workers.
