Have no issues with a bearish perspective and in fact i do appreciate it...it def helps keep the blinders off and the perspective balanced...the ones I have a hard time dealing with are the ones who fluctuate in their opinion daily (not saying you just in general)

With every OTC play there is a risk regardless of how good it looks...you've pointed out several in which case are fair to look at...I've pointed out many positives as well which is where the balance plays a factor

In the end however everyone must protect their own wallets and make their own decisions...

This is what keeps me here:

For me I believe their balance sheet to be true based on it lining up with their most recent audit in 2017...provided I'm right I feel the market will eventually correct the pps to a fair value

I believe the TA as its updated daily and has shown the same OS since 2017 even as restricted shares became unrestricted hitting the float

I believe based on the consistent OS that filings are accurate where it states no convertible debt...the AS of 500 mill has also remained the same for many years

Even though you see it as a negative I'm highly impressed based on the company willing to pay for liabilities in cash opposed to using dilutive financing even during difficult times

I know you also see the first 6 months with business being reduced as a negative...I see it as all businesses have dealt with the same challenge but to not lay off any employees and to still generate millions in the process is also highly impressive to me...I also like the pr today showing business picked up in August

As far as the price action goes I stare at the L2 virtually all day long watching each trade go through in real time...the manipulation taking place on the price is real...ranging from constant small bid taps, wash trades, and undercutting the ask the moment it gains any momentum

Those are but just a few of my reasons for being here...obviously I have many more and have posted a large majority of them on this board
