sts@ It still can very well happen. We all have to remember - that apart from 'this patent litigation' - everything were running smoothly - and in fact still are.

As a lot of other people here - my immediately reaction to appeal loss, was 'stop all marketing in US - and go generic NOW - as JT did actually say would be a possible solution (not paying for creating the markets for generics.)

Obviously this idea has 'at least for now' been taken of the table. And you would have to see 'the numbers' in rising sales - to have an understanding of why that in the end is maybe the right thing to do.

Surely the fight trying to hold back/delay generic is not over. Attempts will likely be made 'to reopen' this unjust decision - against Amarin.

The battle for US market continues - despite the setback of the lost patent cases :)
