regarding bb sounding presidential in those emails that look to have started 1h 2018 it reminds me he got those 4m stock option in november 2018.

lugee has not issued large stock options to anyone else even his own appointed board members never got options in the millions.

so it might have been a reward for securing orders from arthrex and/or outmaneuvering/discovering what kang was up to.

it would have been a disaster for lqmt if kang secured arthrex as a client and had prometal make the parts and even more disastrous if other medical companies saw what arthrex did and followed suit also going through kang.
