The reason is that it is/was the duty of Amarin's lawyers--Covington, Kennedy, and to a lesser extent, Singer--to litigate that issue into the ground and go ballistic over it. That did not really happen.*


Spot on. If I remember correctly this cropped misinformation was brought to Amarin’s attention via investor relations....does anyone remember who contacted Amarin (Kennedy) regarding cropped Mori table?

*Singer had every chance to do so, I wonder if Amarin (Kennedy) purposefully took this off Singer armament?
