I am pretty sure they will have to R/S when they are ready to uplist (They clearly mentioned about this), but it will take some considerable time to prepare for it. Until then, they will try to maximize the value of the merged company's stock, so that they can minimize the RS's rate (i.e. 5:1 or 10:1 instead of 1000:1). That way, RS's negative impact/risk would be mitigated. IMO, PASO and CLXH are super smart guys!!!
