Both PASO and CLX Health should know that R/S will kill the value of the merged company. IMO, that is why they came up with the Preferred stock option and I think that was pretty smart idea. That means they already achieved major milestones for the DA and it should be announced pretty soon (probably at the same time when the Preferred shares are issued on Sep 18, or within a couple of weeks after Sep 18).
