I had an interesting thing happen to me on Friday 9/4/2020

I wonder if anyone else had a similar issue.

So I wanted to buy more LADR in my HSA account with TD Ameritrade so I needed to sell something else to have enough cash. I previously parked some cash in HYZD ( Not the best choice I hope IGSB proves better )

Anyway last trade on HYZD was $21.34 with bid $21.25 ask $21.35 for arguments sake. I put in an limit order TO SELL 25 Sh at $21.30 It did not fill. I lowered my order to $21.28 but it did not fill. Stock drifted a few cents lower.

I then placed a market order at 10:30 am and it filled INSTANTLY for $21.34. I was expecting something lower than $21.25 at that moment.

I'm thinking WHAT THE :!@&#$&

What am I missing ? Was it the small # of shares? Is there something inherently better in getting a fill on a market order?

Take the road less traveled. It will make all the difference.
