Marjac, Thank you for your kind and detailed response.

First of all I am glad that you like the idea to network with your lawyer colleagues. Have you tried to reach out to them to form an independent legal ThinkTank on our behalf where you can communicate more freely and unencumbered?
Of course it would be for you as a group to decide in which way to selforganize now that Blackberry channels are mostly defunct.. groups.io comes to mind or skype or whatever..

Then I stand educated on my instinctual drive to slash out over criminally falsified evidence presented to the court.

In the european court system you are allowed in most countries to appear as an independent plaintiff pro se and piggyback in an ongoing litigation between 2 parties.
I assumed that if you are impacted by a ruling reached in a case between 2 parties but which is infringing on your rights and / or stakes law would provide for some recourse.
It is an interesting idea that this could be however a talking point about liability claims against Covington or Singer's respective firms.
I am sure once all of you legal minds get together new ideas and approaches will become selfevident that one just does not come by so easily within the limits of one's own skull

In any case I cannot stop wondering why there should be no way to adress the court in a situation where we are directly impacted but so far without representation in the court proceedings?
Could fiduciary neglect of this responsibility by management and BoD be causal for such an attempt to approach to the court directly on behalf of share- and stake-holders?
In any case the high caliber research and contributions here form our legal minds give me hope that united they will find some avenue to redress the wrongs inflicted on all of us.
