I do see your points here. Amarin would be stronger if they owed everything in the production process.

Why don't they ?

Many here knows the history of the extreme uphill adversity this company have had to endure before the 'one good day' (2 actually - counting Adcom) with FDA approval dec. 2019.

And that the catastrofes seemingly newer stops for Amarin - we have experienced ever since marts 2020 - through now - where company has been 'in essence killed' in the US market.

I'm sure Amarin would have loved to have the strength to 'own the complete production facilities' - but being haunted as they surely 'have been' - it has all the way been about survival - and it still is today.
