- Is it legal for an US company to hide assets from its shareholders ?
- Would it be necessary to disclose such assets in case of bankruptcy ?
- Was the action of the FDIC legal for seizure of the WMB ?
- How are the periods of limitation in such cases ?
Would it make sense to get in contact with a lawyer (who is competent for US capital markets) and ask these and similar questions in order to be 100% sure and not just to speculate about them ?
