News:
1. Completed financing, one dilutional, one a favorable term loan. Total of around $7 Million (I think)
2. Bought a small company owned by Corning 3 days ago called Flaskworks; they created a closed, automated manufacturing machine to create Dendritic cells. This creates a huge cost and time advantage as well as an easily scalable increase in capacity without highly trained technicians, clean rooms, space suits, etc. The process goes from hand made to automated. Astonishing news.
Catalysts:
1. Just had 2 big ones driving the price from .34 five days ago to .641 close today
2. Data lock, probably next week. This may be secondary catalyst to the release today by Larry Smith of a late breaking addition to the Annual SNO Convention that Dr. Liau and Dr. Bosch will be presenting top line data to the entire organization on November 20th, 2020. This means the data is assured to be completed and completely analyzed by then and could be the first official presentation. I believe this news will come as a big catalyst next week
3. Top Line data release by end of this month. This speaks for itself. I’m predicting $10/share on announcement or soon after after it’s digested.
4. Quick approval by MHRA in UK, maybe within 4-6 months from top line. In between announcement of increased manufacturing of DCVax at Sawston using new system.
5. FDA approval on Fast Track designation in my opinion within 10 months of acceptance of BLA
6. Announcement of new DCVax Direct trials including one at Columbia University for pediatric brain tumors.
