Your conclusion is logical. The two different types of publication would allow different levels of blinding to be broken at different times, with some semblance of blinding still remaining until November (five years from last patient’s enrollment.) TLD Announcement = September and Unblinded results Announcement = November, IMO.

Note: Novacure’s trial was NEVER blinded.
