massulo52, Remember, JT is human and I'm sure he does not want to go
down in Biotech history as the CEO who botched one of the greatest drugs
of all time. One would imagine that he must have friends, family, and
employees invested in AMRN. Given that his plans for the US are now
scuttled, he must consider doing what he can can to salvage the value
remaining in AMRN. Everyone JT comes into contact with all have the
same message for him, "sell the company." The Baker Brothers must be
as distraught as we are over this fiasco. If JT's "intent" was to
build a BP, well that dream is gone. The only reasonable action for
JT to take now is a complete sale of the company. Sadly, JT may have
overplayed his hand. Instead of selling right after R-I results came
out, for whatever reason, he did not. Without knowing any details
we cannot judge. (though we will) At one point I was told a story,
that JT one day told his BOD that he would not sell AMRN for anything
less than 3 figures. ($100 dollars) Maybe he really meant 3 figures
with a decimal point ($9.99) Pressure must be on JT to sell..what
would be the point of building a sales team when BP could be mobilizing
a BP sales rep army? Maybe JT will have to go through the motions
of building a sales team but that would be a facade to buy time if needed.
