If I was Baker Bros, what I would demand of Amarin at this point is the following:

1. Go ahead and try any shot at the en banc review. Assume it will not be successful... so...

2. While waiting for en banc review, show clear marketing and distribution strategies for post EU approval

3. Also, start the detailed planning and steps for authorization for launching Amarin’s own generic version

4. Also, research and brainstorm ways to clearly differentiate the Reduce-it dosage from the generic Marine dosage so that it is unmistakably clear to doctors that the generic version is for lowering triglycerides only

5. A clear outline with financial projections for all possible company sales/partnership considerations.
